The Biblical Basis of Heart to Home Women’s Ministry

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17

“Teach the older women to be reverent in the way that they live…to teach what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.” Titus 2:3-5

Heart to Home Women’s ministry is designed to equip women with Biblical principles to prepare them for the work of loving and serving their children and husbands, building godly families and Christian homes, and serving the needs of the church and community.

This ministry serves to do God’s will according to Titus 2:3-5. When older women train younger women in Christian principles based on the teachings in the Bible, women are encouraged, families and marriages are strengthened and stabilized and the church grows and matures.

”All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.” Acts 2:44-47

Heart to Home Ministry members desire to honor and glorify God, to love and respect our husbands, to love our children, and to serve others in our homes.
